What is macro counting ?

I will create a customized meal program just for you, where I help determine target goals for your daily protein and calorie amount. By keeping track of overall calories and protein amounts, you can allow the carbohydrates and fats you consume to vary each day. This is the ultimate food freedom!

I am a client, can I post the workouts to Solid Body Guide?

I highly encourage all of my clients to be active on our social media platforms and their own. Feel free to share your journey, workouts, meals and results. We believe community is a key component to sustainable fitness lifestyles and do our best to foster a sense of connection.

Do I need a gym membership?

One of the benefits of working with me is the adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. I work with people who have tight schedules and those who even do not want to or can’t get to a commercial fitness center. While gym memberships offer variety, I do include an at home program. I encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will help accelerate reaching your potential goals.

How are the workouts split up? Do you focus on specific muscle groups each day?

Yes, the workouts focus on specific muscle groups each day. Monday and Wednesday are lower body. Tuesday and Thursday are upper body. Friday and Saturday are full body.
